    Awesome 🙂

I got it a while ago from hobby town, and it was in a kit (with launch pad) and it is really fun, i have launched it 2 times. the first one was perfect, although i didnt put enough recovery wadding in so the parachute got a little singed on the corner the second landed on the roof but we got it down. overall 5/5 stars 🙂

This was my first rocket and it was a great experience. Had some friends come over and we built it up which was fun, easy and took no time at all. Having it be our first time we were nervous it wouldn’t fly on the first run…but I did! Shot off straight and high. Loved it!

  3. Mickey S

    Easy to build

A classic kit that takes you back to 7th grade. The pre-formed fins seems like cheating but is a good build with young ones. Flight is straight and high. Fun kit for multiple launches in a day.

    Pretty Good…

I got the Alpha III launch set as my first Estes kit. Surprisingly, it was kind of a pain to build, but I managed. I launched this one three times. On the third launch, it floated down into the trees. This is still a good beginning rocket.

    Nice Rocket for beginners

I would highly recommend that people who are starting off buy this rocket. I bought this with a kit, and I saved a lot of money and had a lot of fun. However, Don’t fly it on a windy day because I lost mine that way.

  6. jeff

    simple

very easy to build and fun to fly

  7. Andrew

    Great Beginner Rocket

Just like the title says, this is a GREAT Beginner rocket. It is easy to assemble (I built it alone when I was 13) and flies plenty high. After 4 days and about 10 launches, I lost it over a forest adjacent to the field I was launching from. Such a great beginner rocket that I would recommend it to anyone interested in a hobby of rocketry.

  8. brewster

    good starter rocket!!!!

It is a good rocket for a starter!!!! It fly’s well with an A engine but with a b6-4 engine you should be in a big field with no wind or not much wind because i lost mine in a tree other then that it is a good rocket!!

  9. gsandworm

fast to put together, faster till it was out of sight

put it together in about 1 hour. lift off was the next day it was out of sight so fast< I never saw it go. Stuck in tree on first launch, but it was cheap and fun well worth it

  10. duny
