Looking for a challenging rocket kit that's perfect for your advanced or older students? The Estes Tech-Pak rocket is the right one for you! Designed specifically for Industrial Technology teachers, this unique kit gives students an inside look at the manufacturing process by allowing them to roll their own body tube using gummed paper and cut out the card stock fins. Please note: this is not an introductory rocket kit and should only be used for experienced or older students.

To build this rocket, you'll need scissors, pencil, fine sandpaper, yellow glue, hobby knife, and sponge (tools, construction, and finishing supplies not included). And when you're ready to launch, you'll need the Estes Porta-Pad II Launch Pad and Electron Beam Launch Controller, Estes model rocket engines, starters, and recovery wadding, and four 1.5V high-quality AA alkaline batteries for the launch controller (not included). Be sure to read and follow the instructions carefully for a successful launch!

Overview

Do you need a challenging rocket kit for your advanced or older students? Then the Estes Tech-Pak rocket is the perfect rocket for you. The designers created the Tech-Pak rocket specifically for Industrial Technology teachers who wants their students to build rockets from scratch.

Estes' Tech-Pak rocket provides an insight into the manufacturing process. Using the contents of this unique kit, students roll their own body tube using gummed paper and cut out the card stock fins to complete the Estes Tech-Pak rocket.

VIP Notes: This is not an introductory rocket kit and should not be used for students who have never built a model rocket. Use this rocket for experienced or older students.

Reading and following the instructions to the smallest detail is a must. Do not glue the gummed body tube wrap to the body tube form and do not forget to remove the body tube form. If this form is left, the engine mount will not fit.
