    daughters first rocket

Great project for daughter, her first build. Flew on b6-4 straight as a arrow and just out of sight

  3. joe

    best A engine flyer

This thing flys super high and out of sight on A8-3 and A8-5 engines. I can see why you need a A8-5, those extra 2 seconds help A LOT!

  4. Jim

    Must own!

just launched it this am. on a c6-5. Went so high so fast! 5 of us lost sight of it it must have went to max alt. I would scrap the paint scheme on it just paint it it dayglo pink or orange if you want to keep track of it Sorry it is gone but great fun for a few bucks. Will buy another!!!

I love this rocket so much!

  6. Ryan

    way too cool

the hi flier is extremely easy to build and is the highest flying low power kit i own! flies perfectly straight every time. love this rocket.

    Good Value

Inexpensive kit that is easy enough to build – nothing too complicated. Painting it the way it is shown is the hardest part of the whole project. As much as I’d like this model to have a parachute instead of a streamer, I’m pretty confident I would never get it back, given how high it flies on even a B engine.

My 10 year old son just built one of these ,did it up blue and red ,it flies just like the superman colors we used a C65 first launch it was out of sight till it dropped down to about 100′. For less than $10 a great rocket.

    Cheap and flies high.

This rocket is cheap and flies high. I just love it. But the bad part I don’t like about it is that I want an parachute instead of a streamer. I would like my rocket to be in the air longer to enjoy the view.

    so far so good

I have built many level 5 and above rockets for many years now and have a level one cert to fly larger motor rockets. I get the same thrill with this rocket as my larger ones from apogee.com
