    Bought Another !

This classic is one you want several of. Paint it White with Black, too…

    V2 mod build

Great kit, modified mine by fiberglassing the body tube and fins, added an elastic cord shock cord system and tied it to the motor tube which has been reinforced. it is painted roll pattern & green and looks stunning. The kit is good and can easily be modified to use larger motors for certifications. It’s a true classic!!

A must have – my favorite!

This is my all-time favorite rocket. It’s big, wide, looks cool.
The fins are ultra strong due to the thru-body design. I made them even stronger by using epoxy on all joints. It adds weight, but it is bullet-proof now.

This rocket is perfect to put a mini keychain camera on too!

For those starting out, I would build a few others first before attempting this one so that you have a little experience first. The lower body and fins are a little more involved than a lower level. Also, it is a little difficult to paint like the directions suggest. It takes some planning and lots of tape.

I am actually on my second one because I lost my first to the trees. A word of caution – be sure to use the proper diameter launch rod. I think I lost the rocket because I forgot and used a smaller rod. This gave it some wiggle room and it really diverted of the pad. Add a semi-windy day and I didn’t see it again!

this is my base line mid power rocket

    Great rocket!

Pretty easy to build, classic shape, only problem I had was the parachute lines ripped out of the chute in the air, will have to upgrade the parachute.

    Complex, but rewarding

The instructions are a little difficult to follow, but it is quite an amazing rocket! Very good buy.

    Great Piece Of History

This is a beautiful rocket. It flys very straight and you can fit a 24″ nylon chute for softer landings. This always draws a crowd and elevating the rocket base from the launch disc results in a slow rise and rapid acceleration with an E9 motor. Flys great on a D12 too!

As a long time Rocketeer, this rocket is the best rocket for intermediate builders. going at over 900 feet, this rocket will give you the small piece of heaven we all want. although the first time my rocket tried to launch, i had assembled it incorrectly, an it exploded. but after i fixed the problem, it flew like a dream.

    Amazing rocket

This rocket is a good build for an experienced builder, and it’s really fun to shoot off
