Position: Educational Services Marketing Manager
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Job Location: Penrose, CO
Salary: Commensurate with experience

Estes Rockets is looking for an Educational Services Marketing Manager to assist the Director of Sales and Marketing with planning, creating, and executing educational marketing campaigns with an emphasis on developing strategies with the ultimate goal of meeting revenue and usage targets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Proven ability to achieve sales goals and build collaborative relationships with distributors, educational audience (teachers, school administrators, students, and parents), and community youth groups.
  • Laser focus on STEM educational opportunities and initiatives
  • Develop and present engaging educational curriculum, content, and campaigns that generate revenue to maximize program impact
  • Manage and optimize multiple media channels to drive awareness of programs by creating print, digital and social media marketing materials
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in product development, sales and marketing to create and deliver educational programs and collateral that will support the sales of Estes product in the education market
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of K-12 and alternative educational curriculum standards
  • Maintain competent product knowledge
  • Ability to strategize and prioritize in order to meet sales and marketing goals
  • Prospect new accounts and assist with account management
  • Provide exceptional customer service

  • Minimum Education Requirements: Associates Degree

Position: Senior Sales Account Manager
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Job Location: Penrose, CO

Estes Rockets, the world-renowned leading manufacture of innovative hobby products for the model rocket industry, is looking for a Senior Sales Account Manager to responsible for establishing new customers, presenting products, generating revenue, managing customer relationships and growing account sales.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage and grow key accounts in mass retail.
  • Ensures new lead generation and maintain relationships with established clients.
  • Build strong sales support relationships with purchasing agents and understand their product needs; identify and suggest products to meet those needs.
  • Develop and execute sales plans and promotional activities to drive revenue.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
  • Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, and enhancements that may be of interest.
  • Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including sales pipeline, calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems to provide real-time status reports.
  • Work with cross functional teams in order to deliver an exceptional customer experience to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Attend and represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
  • Stays abreast of all industry related happenings
  • Provides periodic sales forecasts.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Prolonged periods sitting in a car driving.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
