Estes 30 Day Refund Policy
- Estes Industries, LLC offers customers the opportunity to return their product for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase (Credit Card or PayPal).
- Products being returned must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for refund.
- Rocket Engines, of any kind, can not be returned due to shipping regulations.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
