The engines are great, and we're very happy with the quality. Unfortunately, it took much longer than expected to receive them, and there was no customer service available to provide an update on our order. Improving communication and order tracking would make the overall experience much better.

This catalog is a work of art, you guy's ,and gal's have the best job in the world. For me Model Rocketry has been a labor of love , I have built hundreds of kits designed built at least 100 more and collected everything about model rocketry that I could lay my hands on. this will conclude my catalog collection !966- currant it is perhaps the best catalog ever.

I have needed this nose cone to replace the one on my MAXI ALPHA 3
I could not find one anywhere. It was not listed in the catalog, none of the secondary vendors had one by luck I found it on the ESTES website.
Now painted Fire Engine Red and back in place.

First let me say that ESTES Model rocket engines are the WORLD STANDARD! there was a time when I would love to blast my rockets too out of sight altitudes. Let me say the legs worked a lot better then, now
it is better to launch one of the old mini models on a less powerful engine as I do not have to walk as far. Perfect for a Screamer or a Star Dart.

Can’t wait to launch it as a booster. Because of the fire danger here in Colorado we haven’t launched it with the booster… yet. Still getting amazing height with just an f15-6 just needed to use large engine adaptor.

Hello everyone. So it looks like a great rocket 🚀 kit. Everything I purchased from Estes is a 5 star quality.

This is an awesome US 250th anniversary model that was very easy to assemble. I love the red, white, and blue color scheme and the patriotic decals. Hopefully I can launch it on July 4th 2026.

I have not started building this rocket yet, but it came well packaged with no damage. I sometimes get rocket kits that are packaged in a way that the body tubes are misshaped on the ends and/or have wrinkles in them. Not with this model as it was packaged with care.

I was looking for a beginner set for three young cousins and this fit the bill. They loved it and are looking forward to their next Estes project.
