Building it strong and going to send it with a G80 first flight!

I just love the Estes Corporation! Had rockets since 1970. Hundreds of them. A lot of great memories with them!. Highly recommend them to any parents to allow the kids to experience them! Dad n mom can get into the action as well

I like that I was able to install one of these in my rocket in a few minutes. The sticky tape back is great, if it holds.

Looks heavy duty, cords might be a little heavier on lift off.

The launch system is 100%. But, I need a “degrade kit” smaller rod, launch plate deflector, and central hub for the bulk of my son’s rockets. He is a teacher at a school that teaches severely autistic children up to age 18 or 21.
I had gotten this for him and didn’t know the rods were different.

Looks great, bought it for my son to get his kids started in model rocketry. Has not yet been flown. Also, I have an original 1969 Estes Saturn V that my parents gave to me shortly after the first moon landing.

Went over kit and all is in great shape. Will start build in a couple weeks--have to get old projects off bench.

Very nice kit. I haven’t launched it yet but will soon. My buddies and I used to have them back in the 60’s. I need more space now because my tree climbing days are no more. It’s a blast. Makes me feel like a kid again. Thanks

Been a "Rocketter" for a Long Time. This is the Best Way to "Remember" Why ! Ordered a Gantry / Pixie Lights to make the Display Complete! Now, Trying to figure out How to make it a "multi-stage" ! The FIRST Estes Rocket to Land on the Moon?

Awsome little rocket it took about an hour to bulid and paint decals were great quality. Definitely a great purchase.

Never used an engine adapter before but I am for the Pink Flamingo build just for the convenience of lower flight altitude endurance for those days when winds could interfere with high altitude flight.
Well manufactured but not sure how it will endure multiple launches?
