The Mercury Redstone capsule and tower look great when completed!

Thank you for offering the book 'Handbook of Model Rocketry'. I have begun reading it the moment I opened my package. It is truly an inspiring book and a good read. I hope to finish reading it as soon as possible. I am so glad to learn and understand the information contained in the book. And I hope to improve my knowledge of model rocketry from that.

I am so glad to be back into the hobby of model rocketry. I ordered the Laser-X2 kit and it looks stupendous. I have yet to begin construction of it. I hope to produce a fine model rocket, and I appreciate the help and the quality of the kit. I have built model rockets as a child, and as a teen. I am so glad I received my mystery box, my rocket kit Laser-X2, and my 'Handbook of Model Rocketry' recently. I have already opened the box and, I was pleasantly surprised to find the wonderful contents. I have yet to assemble any of my model rockets, however I am so glad to be back in the hobby of model rocketry. Thank you for the wonderful products, service, and eduactional help. My only concern is finding building supplies and construction materials. I need basic hobby-craft items like, wood-glue, cement, hobby-knife, sand-paper, super-glue, spray-paint, bottle-paint, brush, clear-coat, etc. I hope that you will supply these items through mail-order, or I will take the advice and look into my nearest hobby-craft store, or my building-supply store. Please increase your offerings of building-construction-crafting supplies. Thank you very much.

Easy to assemble. I haven’t used it in the field yet, but it appears to be suited well for the job. I noticed nearly all metal parts, except for the screws, are non magnetic. This might be good to know depending upon one’s payload of experiment(s).

A good variety of rockets in the box, overall great value, and the he shipping box was packaged very well to protect the rockets.

This year I built a vintage 1960s Estes Wac Corporal exactly like the original. That was the very first rocket that I flew in my life. I use the 1/2A6-2 engines because they give it what I call a sub orbital flight. I wanted to test out the recovery system since it’s very difficult with such a small body tube. This engine keeps the vehicle from flying too high in case something goes wrong. I use the same size engine for many rockets on their first flight or like in one of the fields that we fly them at which is a small field. It’s a very reliable engine.

Great deal when you consider you get the 1/4 inch launch rod with it.

We got this as a gift for our brother-in-law, an experienced rocketeer. He hasn’t tried it yet because he needs to find a spot where he “won’t shoot down an airplane.”
