    I bought the NC-80K Nose Cone to build a rocket for our club's newest altitude contest. The seams needed to be filled with Bondo and sanded smooth..Afterward, I sanded the entire nose cone with increasing sandpaper grit to 2000. I finished it with a polishing compound. The plastic took the polish nicely and it ended up with a very nice shine.

    A Good Lightweight Nosecone for BT-80 Rockets

    This is a nice looking and lightweight nosecone that works well with BT-80 tube rockets that you want to keep as light as possible.
