Great concept, needs refined

This concept looks great and is a wonderful price. The problem I've been having is printing these parts on a hobby printer is a struggle as most of the parts are 1-2 print layers thick resulting in print warpage and errors while printing.
I'd like to see these parts with a redesign to be easier to print (thicker pieces) so more people can easily enjoy 3D printing in rocketry.

One Small Step - One Giant Leap

This opens the door. Imagine putting this in the hands of an 8 y.o. curious kid. My head would have exploded. 3 designs for $11 each is awesome. Yes, there can/will be advances for at-home 3D printed rockets, but this is a great start. Cool fin and nose cone designs - Bravo.

Questions

Hi There,
. This is a great idea. It makes sense for accessories to come from Estes that complete the hardware and engine requirements, however why couldn't the 3D printing be set up to print tube lengths of different diameters and integrated couplings?
I'm sure that with the right structural design within a tube two parts can be joined to be stable and withstand stress of being joined together and maintaining integrity.

Another consideration may be this: as complete mechanical devices can be printed in one piece but then come off the print platform, it may be interesting to attempt to create a single print upper or mid rocket mounted assembly that when the secondary charge blows to deploy a chute etc it deploys the mechanical elements of the 3D device that opens wings for gliding or auto gyro rotational re-entry.

I'm sure you are all over this and it means that you have new options afoot for the market.
Consider a Rocket to altitude and returned to your feet using an ultra small drone that is powered on and when deployed instead of a chute - as it free falls tethered to the rocket opens its rotors and flies. GPS can do the rest.
Loads more ideas!
