Failed out of the Box

The unit was dead out of the box. I assumed my batteries were bad so I threw out 6 C batteries and bought 6 new batteries and the unit still did not function. I have to return this thing now,.

Thank you for letting us know about your experience. We’re sorry to hear that it was less than ideal. Our team would love to discuss this with you and see how we can help. Please contact us at service@estesrockets.com at your earliest convenience.

Awesome launch controller

I use this with a 2200mAh 12v LiPo Battery, gives the power I need to reliably launch composite or up to 3 engine clusters. It has 4 leads for 2 engine clusters, but I use a cluster whip. The LiPo battery fits in nicely where the C cells would normally be. Very good value.

Impressively heavy gage wire

Alternate battery options is a great feature.. I want to use a 24V 3000ma-h Li-ion rechargeable portable tool battery for a 9-engine cluster. What is the practical voltage limit this controller (LED/cont., audio) can handle?
