Launch Rail System

Overall an excellent mid power pad, sturdy and well made. It is bar far the launch pad the Estes has ever made in my over 50 years experience. It there is one flaw the blast deflector is a bit to light for the power range of the pad. I corrected by making a heaver deflector form scarp sheet metal I had around.

Quality throughout 🚀

As soon as I pulled this launch rail from the box I could tell it was a high quality unit! Fifteen minutes and it was together. I can’t wait to get it out to the field and give it a trial by fire. A tip for putting the two sections of rail together, put the connector on the two sections loosely. Put the assembly on a flat surface like a coffee table, a counter or dinning table then slowly draw up the allen screws evenly while a helper puts pressure on the connector this will make the two rails strait and even. If they aren’t even then do it again you’ll get it! Have fun!
