A wonderful flyer.

I flew this rocket 5 times on the day before the 100th anniversary. I never expected this unusual design to fly so well. The day was windier than I normally would fly in, but I wanted to commemorate the anniversary. I consider the A3-2T the best engine (3 flights). And it provided the right amount of thrust for liftoff. The A10-3T was quicker off the pad than necessary and slightly lower. Maybe due to the added drag of the higher initial speed? This rocket does not need a large area as it does not go too high. My first flight was even lower as I used a 1/2A3-2T (Great to watch on video I took, as you can even more clearly see the tracking smoke and ejection). On assembly I had to redo some of the glue joints with epoxy. The plastic seemed resistant being dissolved by plastic glue or cement. Others have suggested CA glue. Fun, easy, quick and interesting to build.
