Really disappointing. Rocket did not launch after repeated attempts.

My sonsp and I tried to launch the rocket repeatedly. We tried both engines. We even swapped out the ignition cables to no avail. The launch controller lit up red and we pressed the button and nothing happened. Very disappointed.
