Have one

Bought one a 7 years ago.

set up for composite Engines which i think have disappeared. So, there is no bulkhead to stop keep the motor from shooting completely out the nose on ignition. Suggestions?

Ventris = Very nice mid-sized rocket

Nice to see the Builder PSII's back. I've built two Ventrises (sp?), both original run kits. The first was built absolutely stock, including decor. The paint & decor scheme is so reminiscent of the old Centuri Hustler, I decided to build the second as a slightly upscale Hustler. It uses a shortened 2" body tube and a lengthened 2 1/2" payload tube, with a short lower section of the nosecone painted with a black band--this gives the appearance of a shorter nosecone like the original Hustler. Fins were two-piece 3/16" balsa, laminated for strength, just like the original Hustler kit. I chose a yellow/white/black decor as seen in the old SEMROC Hustler ads, with added custom black oval decals with yellow "Centuri" lettering. I always wanted to build a Hustler, and now I finally have. 5 stars, and 5 hearts, too!

About time estes

This is an amazing flyer and sturdy too. It's a fun rocket and I recommend this build despite the cost. Who cares about the cost when it brings so much joy.
